MyNursePal, Inc. is a health tech startup founded in 2025 to reduce burnout and turnover, and operational strain across healthcare.
We are headquartered in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts, with a development team in Ghana and Nigeria.
Our work began with a simple observation: care teams are the constant wherever care happens, but the systems around them often create more work instead of making care easier.
We started with a mobile app to support nurses during their shifts
As healthcare workers shared what they needed, the vision grew.
Today, we build two connected products: MyNursePal, a mobile app for healthcare professionals, and individuals, and MyNursePal Pro, an adaptive care delivery platform for solo practitioners, hospitals, clinics, and home care agencies.
