Welcome to the MYNURSEPAL Beta Testing Program. By signing up and participating in the beta test, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Purpose of Beta Testing

The purpose of the MYNURSEPAL beta testing program is to allow participants early access to the app to test new features and functionality before the official public release. Feedback from testers will help us identify bugs, improve usability, and optimize overall performance.

 Confidentiality

As a beta tester, you will have access to unreleased features of MYNURSEPAL. By participating in the beta program, you agree to:

   – Not share any screenshots, details, or information about the app with anyone outside the beta testing program.

   – Not post or discuss any information about the app on public forums, social media, or with third parties unless expressly authorized by MYNURSEPAL.

Participation Requirements

To participate in the beta test, you must:

   – Be a direct care nurse, nurse assistant, home health aide or clinical nursing student.

   – Own a compatible iOS or Android device.

   – Provide feedback through the methods outlined by the MYNURSEPAL team (surveys, emails, etc.).

   – Have an internet connection to download updates and provide feedback.

Your participation is entirely voluntary, and you may opt out of the program at any time by contacting [email protected]

Use of the Application

The beta version of MYNURSEPAL is provided on an “as-is” basis and may contain bugs, errors, or defects. By participating, you acknowledge that the app is in development and may not perform as expected.

 You agree to use the beta app responsibly and report any issues you encounter.

 You are prohibited from reverse-engineering, decompiling, or modifying the beta version of the app.

Feedback

Your feedback is crucial to improving the app. By submitting feedback (whether written, verbal, or through surveys), you agree that:

 MYNURSEPAL may use, modify, and incorporate your feedback without any obligation to you.

  You will not receive any compensation for providing feedback beyond any stated incentives (e.g., free premium subscription).

Incentives

Beta testers will receive a free premium subscription for the first 3 months after the app’s official launch. This offer is subject to the following conditions:

You must actively participate in the beta test by using the app and providing feedback.

MYNURSEPAL reserves the right to change or revoke incentives at any time.

Termination

MYNURSEPAL reserves the right to terminate your participation in the beta test at any time without prior notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of confidentiality.
• Misuse of the app.
• Failure to provide feedback or follow the beta testing terms.

 Limitation of Liability

MYNURSEPAL will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from your use of the beta app. By participating, you acknowledge that:

  MYNURSEPAL makes no warranties regarding the performance, availability, or functionality of the beta app.

Data Collection

By using the beta app, you consent to the collection of data related to your usage. This data may include app performance metrics, device information, crash reports, and feedback you provide. All data will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and solely for the purpose of improving MYNURSEPAL.

Changes to the Terms

MYNURSEPAL reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to beta testers via email or within the app. Continued participation in the beta test after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
